Every member must read this document carefully before using the gbaje platform. All conditions related to account registration, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, and responsible gaming are set out in detail here.

3 Account Registration and Security
When registering an account on gbaje, members must provide accurate and complete information. gbaje reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.
- Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The information provided at registration (name, address, phone number) must match the details on the member's payment account.
- Members are required to keep their password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to gbaje immediately.
- The member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
gbaje may request identity documents or other paperwork at any time for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit and withdrawal services on gbaje are available through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The detailed terms and conditions are set out below:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- gbaje reserves the right to verify a withdrawal request if unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected.
- Where applicable, members will be separately informed about any transaction fees.
Note: Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. If any bonus is active, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
gbaje offers various types of bonuses to its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the relevant promotion description.
Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
- For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed (calculated on the bonus amount only).
- Another example: a deposit of ৳14,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
- An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — funds earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- gbaje reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
6 Betting Rules and Regulations
The following rules apply when placing bets on gbaje:
- A placed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant game or sports market has its own cancellation provision.
- If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, gbaje reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- In sports betting, separate rules may apply to specific events or markets, which will be stated in the relevant section.
- Alleged winnings resulting from system or software errors are not valid and will not be paid out.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game and will be displayed in the relevant game interface.

8 Prohibited Activities

- Exploiting system vulnerabilities with the intention of circumventing bonus terms.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical advantages.

- Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
Penalty: Any member found to be involved in the above activities will have their account permanently closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where necessary.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
gbaje may temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Suspicious financial activity or possibility of fraud.
- An order from a court, government, or regulatory authority.
- Account closure at the member's own request.
Members may also request closure of their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a violation of the terms and conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

- Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government decisions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

- If a member does not agree with the new terms, they may close their account.
